Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries, mashed
- 1–2 tbsp simple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ cup sparkling wine (or more, to taste)
- ½ cup raspberry sparkling water
- Ice
- Lime wheels, for garnish
- Fresh mint or rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the raspberries: In the bottom of a cocktail shaker or glass, mash the fresh raspberries with the simple syrup and lime juice until juicy and well combined.
