Frozen Strawberry Watermelon Mocktail
There’s nothing like a frosty, fruit-filled drink to beat the heat — and this Frozen Strawberry Watermelon Mocktail is as refreshing as it is stunning. Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, this slushy-style mocktail is naturally sweet, bright red, and bursting with juicy summer flavor. No refined sugar, no alcohol — just real fruit, a splash of citrus, and a hint of fizz if you’d like to top it off. It’s the perfect drink for pool days, barbecues, or when you want to treat yourself to something a little fancy without any fuss. Bonus: it’s kid-friendly
🍹 Swaps & Versatility
This mocktail is super adaptable — here are some easy ways to switch it up based on what you have on hand:
Fruit swaps: Swap strawberries for frozen raspberries or cherries for a deeper red color and a tangier twist.
Watermelon alternatives: Try frozen cantaloupe or honeydew for a totally different melon flavor.
Liquid options: Instead of coconut water, use sparkling watermelon soda, cherry juice, or even flavored seltzer for extra fizz.
Sweeteners: Maple syrup can be swapped for honey, agave, or a few soaked Medjool dates blended in.
Garnishes: Dress it up with edible flowers, basil instead of mint, or even a watermelon wedge on the rim.
🍸 How to Make It Boozy: Strawberry Watermelon Daiquiri
Want to turn this into a grown-up frozen cocktail? It’s super easy:
Just add 2–3 oz of white rum to the blender along with the frozen fruit and lime juice. Rum pairs perfectly with watermelon and strawberries, making this a tropical daiquiri-style drink that’s refreshing, fruity, and fun. You can also add a splash of orange liqueur (like Cointreau) for a more complex flavor.
Blend it all together, serve in a cocktail glass, and garnish just the same — summer vibes with a kick! 🍓🍉🍸
