Ingredients
- 1 lb bag, jumbo shrimp. Peeled, deveined, rinsed, and dried.
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs or corn flour crumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- For the oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- For the air fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
