  • ½ cup potato starch
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth (no lumps).
