Easy Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini, ends trimmed and grated
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Olive oil for pan-frying
- Fresh dill, garnish
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
- Pinch of salt
- Squeeze of lemon (optional)
Instructions
